1.1 This offer provides a ₹20* cashback on purchases made on MobiTez using UPI (Unified Payments Interface) as the payment method.
2. **Eligibility:**
2.1 This offer is open to all customers who make a purchase under ₹5000 on MobiTez and complete the payment using UPI.
2.2 The offer is valid for new customers who make their first order in our website and pay through UPI.
3. **Offer Period:**
3.1 The offer is valid only one time.
4. **Cashback Details:**
4.1 The cashback amount will be ₹20 of the total transaction value, excluding taxes, shipping, and other charges.
4.2 The maximum cashback amount per transaction is ₹500.
4.3 The cashback will be credited to the customer’s UPI-linked bank account within 2 working days from the date of the transaction.
5. **Redemption:**
5.1 The cashback can only be redeemed against future purchases on MobiTez.
5.2 The cashback cannot be transferred, exchanged, or encashed.
6. **Multiple Transactions:**
6.1 Customers can avail of the cashback offer on multiple transactions during the offer period.
6.2 Each transaction will be eligible for cashback as per the terms mentioned herein.
7. **Cancellation and Refunds:**
7.1 In case of order cancellation, the cashback amount credited will be reversed.
7.2 If a refund is initiated for a transaction, the cashback amount credited will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. **Modification or Termination:**
8.1 MobiTez reserves the right to modify, alter, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or other communication channels.
9. **Fraudulent Activities:**
9.1 MobiTez reserves the right to disqualify any participant or cancel any transaction that is deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
10. **Governing Law:**
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11. **Dispute Resolution:**
11.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
