1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- If the original company product is not damaged, then we do not accept the return after opening the seal pack. If there is any technical issue in the product, then the customer should contact the product company service center or the company’s help and support. If wrong product is sent by Mobitez then customer can contact Mobitez helpline number and apply for replacement.

1.3 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for eligible returns received within the specified return period.
- Smartphones and other types of products that is worth more than 5000 and if the customer pays in advance for this order. And if the customer returns the product after shipping then the amount advanced by the customer will be deducted for the return and delivery charges.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Refund Process:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items, such as software downloads or personalized products, are non-refundable.
