Coverage Details:
- MobiTez Complete Mobile Protection covers eligible mobile devices against accidental damage, theft, and technical malfunctions.
- Coverage begins on the date of purchase and continues for the duration specified in the service agreement.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the Service, the mobile device must be purchased from our website mobitez.in and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the service agreement.
- The Service is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the device.
Coverage Limitations:
- The Service does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from intentional misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.
- Coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions may apply. Please refer to the service agreement for details.
Claims Process:
- To file a claim, the customer must contact our customer service team and provide relevant documentation, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Upon approval, the customer may be required to pay a deductible as specified in the service agreement.
Service Fees:
- The Service may be subject to a one-time fee or a recurring subscription fee, as specified at the time of purchase.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation and Refunds:
