Coverage Details:
- MobiTez Extended Warranty ("12 months brand warranty & 12 months MobiTez Extended Warranty") provides coverage for eligible mobile devices purchased from our website.
- Coverage begins on the expiration date of the manufacturer's warranty and continues for the duration specified in the warranty agreement.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the Warranty, the mobile device must be purchased from our website mobitez.in and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the warranty agreement.
- The Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the device.
Coverage Scope:
- The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use.
- Coverage does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
Claims Process:
- To file a claim, the customer must contact our customer service team and provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any other requested documentation.
- Upon approval, the customer may be required to return the device for inspection and repair.
Repair and Replacement:
